Senior Product Manager

• Develop and Communicate Product Requirements: Write detailed product

requirements and ensure seamless communication and coordination with business,marketing, design, and development teams.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with designers, engineers, sales, and content

creators to develop user-centric products.

• Manage the Product Roadmap: Own the overall product roadmap, balancing

prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, developer experience, and

time to market.

• Drive Team Performance: Partner effectively with program management and

engineering teams to achieve ambitious targets with minimal direction.

• Align on Product Vision: Foster alignment on the product vision both internally and

with key external stakeholders.

• Establish Processes and Metrics: Develop and implement business processes, policies,

and success metrics.

• Innovate and Improve: Measure and analyze existing products and business models to

identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, enhancing benefits for developers

and customers.

• Enhance Business Metrics: Develop, report, and continuously improve business

performance metrics.

• Resolve Issues Proactively: Identify and address strategic and technical issues that could

impede the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
