Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the municipality's data center, including server hardware, networking equipment, storage systems, and associated infrastructure. Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of data center services.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as hardware upgrades, firmware updates, and system patching to ensure the stability and security of data center components..
- Respond promptly to data center alerts, incidents, and service requests. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues affecting data center performance.
