What You Will Do:

• Stakeholder RelationshipBuilding: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment with MGIDs strategic goals.
• Market Research: Conduct independent research of the candidate market to identify and attract the best talent globally.
• Candidate Management: Target and lead candidates through the recruitment process ensuring a seamless and exceptional employee journey from application to onboarding.
• Employer Branding: Champion and enhance MGIDs employer brand positioning us as an employer of choice in the global marketplace.
• Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve our recruitment processes introducing new tools ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at every step.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• Passionate Recruiter: You love every step of the recruitment process and have a genuine enthusiasm for connecting talent with opportunities with 3 or more years of experience in the field.
• Structured and Analytical: You are methodical in your approach leveraging data and analytics to inform your recruitment strategies.
• Collaborative: You excel at building relationships both inside and outside the organization fostering a collaborative environment.
• Multilingual: You speak English fluently; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• DetailOriented: You have a keen eye for detail and ensure that all aspects of the recruitment process are meticulously managed.
• Adaptable: You thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and can quickly adjust to changing priorities and business needs.
