Mecords have more than two decades of experience in TireReinforcing Textiles Industrial fabrics and Specialty fabric segments.

With this expertise we are capable of designing developing and manufacturing various types of Technical and Industrial Textile material to meet a wide range of applications with unique product characteristics.

We process a wide variety of fibers such as Nylon 6 & 66 Polyester Polypropylene Polyethylene in different yarn types of mono multi spun or fibrillated.

Designation Officer Product Development

Qualification B. Tech (Textile) / Diploma in Textiles

Proven experience in a textile / process industry.

Job Responsibilities

Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards related to Technical Textiles / RFL treated fabrics / coated fabrics including relevent raw materials Quality Assurance Of Raw Material/ InProcess/ Finished Goods .Conversant with ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ OSHAS/ ISO/TS 16949 system/ Stastisal Process Control. Supervising and guiding inspectors technicians and other staff in QA . Analysis feasibility Study reporting to HO
Preparation of
Specification of required yarn / chemical
Test Methods
Final Product evaluationHousekeeping (Cupboards / drawers / sample storage.
