Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified SAP Functional Consultant with expertise in the PS (Project Systems) module to join our team. You will play a vital role in optimizing our project lifecycle management by configuring customizing and implementing the SAP PS module to meet our specific business needs. You will collaborate closely with project managers stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a successful PS implementation and ongoing support for efficient project execution.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand current business processes for project definition planning execution monitoring control and completion within the project lifecycle.
Configure and customize the PS module to align with our project management methodologies best practices for project controls and industry standards.
Set up and manage project structures including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) networks activities and milestones.
Define and manage project planning elements like scheduling activity durations dependencies and resource assignments.
Manage project budgeting cost planning and control processes within the PS module.
Implement functionalities for project monitoring and control including tracking progress identifying risks managing issues and change requests. Configure reports and analyses within PS to provide insights into project performance costs and resource utilization.
Provide ongoing support and training to project teams and endusers on PS functionalities.
Participate in PSrelated project teams for implementations upgrades and migrations.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the project lifecycle using the PS module.
Collaborate with ABAP developers to create custom solutions when standard functionalities are insufficient.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of the PS module including new features functionalities and industry best practices.
Document configurations processes and procedures for future refer
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow certifications. - Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions.
