Job Description
Our important client is currently looking for a Business Analyst for a 12month contract based in Brussels.
Please find the details below :
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to understand current processes systems and industry best practices.
Synthesize findings into clear and actionable insights recommendations and business requirements using Jira and Confluence.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and consensus on business needs and solutions.
Lead the gathering analysis and documentation of business requirements related to improving oral and written communication establishing a centralized incident repository and implementing a workflow management system.
Facilitate workshops meetings and discussions to elicit requirements resolve issues and drive decisionmaking.
Define acceptance criteria for features and user stories
Organize useracceptance testing sessions with endusers
Facilitate useracceptance testing activities by defining business test scenarios
Requirements
Qualifications:
Masters degree and affinity with business management & information technology topics
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the definition of epics/features/stories
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the analysis and definition of business processes Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into clear and concise requirements
Excellent communication skills adjusting message to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus
Fluent in French Dutch and English
Ability to work onsite at least 3 days per week with flexibility to increase as needed
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail
Experience in incident/crisis management and call centerrelated topics is a plus
