Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to repair install and maintain Intruder Alarms Access Control Warden Call systems Communal Aerials and CCTV equipment. All work must adhere to the Health and Safety at Work Act and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Service and install Door Entry Warden Call Automatic Door/Gate systems CCTV systems (including IP/Networked) and Intruder Alarms.
  
• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance on the above systems.
  
• Ensure all aspects of Access Control/CCTV work including testing inspections and compliance checks are conducted per current British Standards.
  
• Provide daily status updates to your supervisor/manager highlighting any issues with timescale or resources.
  
• Perform other duties as reasonably requested.
  

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in social housing/local authority maintenance.
  
• Possession of a valid CSCS card.
  
• Familiarity with one or more of the following manufacturers is preferred: ISM GDX ENTROTEC SML PAC KMS RECORD GEZE GALAXY TEXECOM. Training will be provided.
  
• Strong communication skills.
  
• Good analytical abilities.
  
• Selfmotivated and eager to learn.
  
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  

Essential Qualifications/Skills:

• Full UK driving licence.
