Required Skills / Attributes
Knowledge:
2D & 3D Drawing Reading & Understanding:
- Proficiency in interpreting and understanding engineering drawings in both 2D and 3D formats including geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
Electrode Extraction / Programming / Application of Software:
- Experience in electrode extraction programming and application of software preferably using tools like Cimatron and Creo for Graphite machining.
Handson Experience on VMC Machine Operating & Job Setting:
- Practical skills in operating Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines and setting up jobs for machining operations.
Knowledge in Preparing Machining Sketches / Reports Analyzing for Finished Electrodes:
- Ability to create machining sketches and analyze reports to ensure the quality and accuracy of finished electrodes.
Knowledge in Usage of Inspection Instruments:
- Familiarity with various inspection instruments used in manufacturing and machining processes to verify dimensional accuracy and quality compliance.
Willingness to Work in Shifts:
- Flexibility and readiness to work in rotational shifts as per operational requirements.

Tools Knowledge:
- MS Office (Advanced Excel Skills):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel for data analysis reporting and documentation purposes.
- Cimatron / Pro E (Creo):
- Experience in using Cimatron or Pro E (Creo) for CAD/CAM applications specifically for TR molds/inserts extraction or designing.
- Related Software Usage for VMC Programming:
- Familiarity with software tools used in VMC programming to ensure efficient and accurate machining operations.
