Position Sales Switchgear and PLC

1. Sales of all OEM Switchgear and PLC s
   
2. Capable of taking upgradation orders in existing systems
   
3. Capable of taking retrofit orders.
   
4. Sales of PCC MCC VFD PLC Control Desks and Junction boxes.
   

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers postsale
  
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  
• Coordinate postsales project implementation and management
  
• Conduct product training for customers
  
• Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to address customer needs
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective postsales support
  
• Participate in customer meetings to gather feedback and provide technical insights
  
• Contribute to the development of postsales support processes and documentation
  
• Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling based on customer interactions
  
• Proactively communicate with customers to maintain strong relationships
  
• Monitor customer usage and provide recommendations for optimization
  
• Address and resolve customer escalations on time
  
• Collect and analyze postsales data to drive continuous improvement
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• BE / B.Tech Electrical or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  
• Proven experience in customer service roles
  
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  
• Knowledge of postsales processes and best practices
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  
• Capability to analyze and interpret postsales data for insights
  
• Customerfocused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service
  
• Understanding of product development and implementation life cycles
  
• Adaptability and willingness to travel for customer engagements
