Job Description
Were searching for an Experienced and Highly Ethical Landscaper to maintain the grounds of a Small HOA in South Tampa FL. The qualified Landscaper will perform various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community including but not limited to laying sod mowing grass trimming trees and plants raking and fertilizing.
Great Opportunity for SelfEmployed individuals and/or looking to Grow their business in Tampa Bay Area by partnering with us for ongoing referrals.
Responsibilities:
- Remove Weeds Watering Trimming Edging Pruning Hedging and Blowing Leaves.
- Maintain Lawns Planters and/or Flower Beds by Pruning Weeding and Watering.
- Mows and edges lawns and/or edgers. Keep the grounds free of debris.
- Mixes and sprays or spreads fertilizers herbicides or insecticides onto grass shrubs and trees.
- Submit requests for repairs and/or improvements as needed.
Requirements
As the Landscape Maintenance person youll work to ensure the community meets quality maintenance standards set by the Client. This is an Ongoing contract with 23 visits per month.
Requirements:
- 5yrs Landscaping experience.
- MUST have Consistent Work History.
- Reliable Transportation and Tools.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Must be Dependable.
- Record in maintenance log and deliver to HOA per visit.
