Position Quality Inspector Tool room
Knowledge:
- Part Drawing Reading & Understanding:
- Ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings including geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
- Primary / Advanced Instruments Usage & Understanding:
- Proficiency in using a wide range of measuring instruments for dimensional inspection and quality control purposes.
- Handson Experience with Optical & CMM Measuring Instruments:
- Practical experience in operating and interpreting results from Optical Comparators and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs).
- Knowledge in Incoming / Stage Inspection:
- Understanding of inspection procedures and protocols for incoming materials and components as well as stage inspections during manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge in Molding Part Validation / PPEP / CPK Study:
- Familiarity with validation processes for molded parts including Process Performance Evaluation Process (PPEP) and Capability Index (CPK) studies to ensure quality and consistency.
- Knowledge in Part Inspection & Report Preparation / Documentation:
- Ability to conduct thorough part inspections generate detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation related to quality assurance activities.
Requirements
Tools Knowledge:
- MS Office (Advanced Excel Skills):
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel for data analysis reporting and presentation of quality metrics.
- Related Software Usage for TR Quality Inspection:
- Experience with specialized software tools used in quality inspection and reporting tailored for the specific needs of TR (Technical Regulation) compliance.
