Job Description

Job Title: Senior Coordinator / Admin

Experience Level : 4 to 5 Years


Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detailoriented Senior Coordinator/Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting various administrative functions.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing schedules organizing meetings and handling correspondence.
2. Assist in planning and executing projects ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
3. Maintain organized files and records ensuring all documents are uptodate and accessible.
4. Act as a liaison between departments facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
5. Prepare reports and presentations analyzing data to support decisionmaking processes.
6. Oversee daily office operations including inventory management and vendor relations.
7. Plan and coordinate company events meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. 4 to 5years of administrative experience preferably in a coordinator role
3. Strong organizational time management and multitasking abilities; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
