Generalist Business Lead

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Generalist to join our Founder s Office. In this unique role you will work closely with the founder shadowing them and taking on a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the business. This position is ideal for someone with a gogetter attitude who is adaptable resourceful and
always ready to tackle new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shadow the founder to learn and assist in various aspects of the business Manage and prioritize the founder s schedule appointments and communications
  • Assist in project management and coordinate with different departments to ensure timely execution
  • Conduct research and gather data to support decisionmaking processes Handle administrative tasks and ensure the efficient running of the office
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide input on key initiatives Act as a liaison between the founder and internal/external stakeholders
  • Take on adhoc tasks and projects as needed demonstrating a neversaynever attitude


Requirements


Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field
45 years of experience in a similar role or in a fastpaced dynamic work environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite and other relevant tools
  • Adaptability and a positive attitude towards learning and growth

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
  • Familiarity with the electronics or lifestyle products industry Strong problemsolving skills and a creative mindset
  • Ability to handle highpressure situations and meet tight deadlines Experience in managing or founding businesses
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
  • This position is primarily officebased with occasional travel for business meetings and events. The role may require flexible hours to accommodate the founders schedule.
