Role Overview
As the Lead Growth & Marketing at our company you will be responsible for driving user growth crafting and deploying digital marketing strategies and optimizing campaigns across various digital channels. You will be a key strategic partner providing datadriven insights to maximize return on investment (ROI) and align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Lifecycle and Growth Optimization
Develop a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
Analyze customer data and behavior to uncover insights that inform marketing strategies and product development
Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution
Craft and deploy comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels such as paid media search engine optimization (SEO) email social media and content marketing
Manage the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition engagement and retention
Leverage A/B testing and other datadriven techniques to improve campaign performance continuously and achieve key metrics
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Monitor and analyze reports on campaign performance budgets Return on Investment (ROI) Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Cost per Conversion (CPC) Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and other digital channel metrics
Provide monthly reports on channel metrics goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) highlighting areas of importance and opportunities for improvement
Leverage web analytics dashboards and reporting tools to uncover insights and inform strategic decisionmaking
Creative Collaboration and Optimization
Advise on creative briefs to define ad campaign programs that align with business objectives and KPIs
Work closely with the creative team to optimize campaigns and marketing assets for maximum ROI
Ensure marketing campaigns and product positioning are consistent with the overall brand strategy
Product and Feature Alignment
Partner with the Product team to ensure current and new products/features are aligned with the overall brand positioning and marketing strategy
Obtain insights into customer usage and feedback on existing products/features and identify untapped opportunities for growth
Customer Feedback and Competitive Research
Gather customer issues complaints and feedback on the current products and report them to the Product team
Conduct research on competitor offerings and products to stay ahead of the market and identify areas for improvement
Content Creation and Deployment
Oversee and deploy content for social media blog posts email and other marketing channels
Ensure consistent brand messaging tone and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints
Requirements
Qualifications
5 years of experience in digital marketing growth strategy and performance analytics
Proven track record of driving user growth and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
Expertise in leveraging data and A/B testing to inform marketing strategies
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams
Experience in managing and mentoring a marketing team
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
