This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
Handle guest communications through various channels (text email phone)
Manage checkin and checkout processes
Respond to guest inquiries about WiFi property amenities and general information
Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams for property readiness
Use property management software (Hostaway) to track reservations and guest information
Handle emergency situations and coordinate with local service providers when necessary
Provide 24 7 customer support as part of a team rotation
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in using computer systems and software
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks
Problemsolving skills and ability to make decisions independently
Customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction
Flexibility to work various shifts as part of a 24 7 coverage team
Scope
Manage all guest communications for multiple properties
Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers
Handle bookingrelated tasks within the property management system
Provide support for emergency situations outside of regular business hours
Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service across all properties
Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern time with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
