• Refining requirements based on user consultations;

• A qualified team with expertise in web development GIS data analysis and user interface design
  

• Prototype of the dashboard for initial evaluation
  
• Final version of the dashboard fully functional and integrated
  
• Detailed technical documentation including user manuals and maintenance guides
  
• Training sessions for the responsible team
  

• A detailed technical proposal including the work methodology timeline and team description
