Job Description

Join Our Team in Lisbon!

Job Title: Italianspeaking Customer Support

Location: Oriente Lisbon
Working Model: Onsite
Contract Type: 1year contract
Language Requirement: Italian (Native) English (B2)

Welcome Bonus: 2000 (paid in several installments)

Possible Gross Annual Income: 15948.72 EUR (including base salary position bonus meal and transport allowances)

Performance Bonus: 100 EUR per month 1200 EUR per annum
Health Insurance: Provided from day 1 (free after 6 months)

Schedule:

  • Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Hours: 08:00 to 18:00
  • Days Off: Sunday and 1 rotational day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide toptier technical support to clients postsales for various domestic appliance brands.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer tech support via phone and email.
  • Conduct initial diagnostics of client issues using established processes.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Proactively improve customer satisfaction through effective diagnostics and additional support resources like YouTube tutorials.
  • Communicate with customers via email or phone to provide product information order followups handle minor repairs and address complaints.
  • Utilize multiple software programs during the support process.
  • Possess crossselling skills to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Italian (Native) and English (B2).
  • Prior experience in Contact Centre or Customer Service preferred.
  • Proficiency in providing customer support across various channels: Social Media Chat Email and Calls (minor percentage).

Additional Benefits:

  • Joining Deadline: 24th of July
  • Relocation Package:
    • Reimbursement of airfare up to 400 EUR (Economy class) after 6 months.
    • Accommodation support: Shared apartment room with rent of 280 EUR for 12 months.
