Location: Lisbon Portugal
Job Description:
As a Spanish Customer Advisor you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Spanishspeaking clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will assist them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This is a fulltime permanent position in Lisbon Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and emails from Spanishspeaking customers
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner
Maintain customer records and update information as needed
Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed performance targets and goals
Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services
Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customeroriented mindset with a strong focus on providing highquality service
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
