Job Title: Client Experience Representative LATAM
Location: Remote
Salary Range: up to 1125 USD

Work Schedule: MondayFriday

NOTE: INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Client Experience Representative to join our team. This role is designed for individuals with a passion for customer service and a strong desire to help clients succeed. The representative will handle a variety of tasks including administrative support customer support data entry and other foundational tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Provide basic operational support within the department.
  • Perform administrative tasks with attention to detail and organizational skills.

Customer Support:

  • Offer excellent customer support to clients addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients.

Data Entry:

  • Accurately enter and manage data ensuring all information is uptodate and correctly documented.

General Support:

  • Assist with other foundational tasks as needed contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in English (fluency is extremely important).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
