We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clients bar and restaurant.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality guest satisfaction and team management. This position requires strong leadership skills a keen understanding of hospitality operations and the ability to effectively manage staff and resources.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the bar and restaurant.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.

  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

  • Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.

• Guest Experience:

  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.

  • Maintain a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests.

• Staff Management:

  • Recruit train and supervise bar and restaurant staff.

  • Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll.

  • Foster a positive work environment and provide guidance and feedback to staff.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and take disciplinary actions when necessary.

• Marketing and Promotions:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

  • Coordinate promotions and special events to attract guests.

  • Collaborate with marketing team to enhance brand visibility.

• Maintenance and Upkeep:

  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of facilities and equipment.

  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or similar role within the food and beverage industry preferably in a highend bar or restaurant setting.

• Extensive knowledge of purchasing procedures inventory management and cost control measures.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays.
