In this role you will be our valued guests first line of contact providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for handling a variety of inquiries including:
- Reservations and bookings
- Cancellations and modifications
- Guest feedback and complaints
- Account management

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problemsolve and work independently
- Proficient in German is must
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry (a plus)
