Key Responsibilities

• Review Online Content: Evaluate videos content complaints and legal notices from end customers regarding their copyright work/material.
• Content Moderation: Review and update content on popular social media platforms.
• Content Auditing: Audit received content and share it for social media upload.
• Performance Monitoring: Ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Client Knowledge: Maintain a broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
• Accuracy Adherence: Strictly follow accuracy guidelines laid down by the client.
• Data Protection: Ensure customer data protection and compliance with processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: German (C1) English (B2)
• Computer Skills: Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Attention to Detail: Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changes.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer Service: Demonstrate patience and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible schedules including rotative shifts (24/7 with 2 days off).

We are seeking a skilled Content Moderator to join our team in Matosinhos Porto. This role involves handling sensitive content and maintaining compliance with client workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Review: Investigate document and follow up on European removal requests and correspondence within the market queues/workflows.
• Support: Assist other vendors queues if needed (unexpected volumes).
• Escalation: Appropriately escalate to T2/Client according to client workflows.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with all client workflows and policies.
• Trend Analysis: Participate in roundtable sessions to discuss trends and provide feedback to the Support team.

• Content Resilience: High resilience to sensitive content.
• Client Knowledge: Expertise in all client policies and workflows.
