Job Description: GermanSpeaking Crisis Support Specialist in Hospitality

Start date: ASAP
Type of contract: Permanent
Work model: Hybrid (2 days onsite 3 days remotely)

Role Overview:

Are you a dedicated customeroriented professional with a passion for making a difference in critical situations We are seeking a dynamic Germanspeaking Customer Agent to join our Critical Care project team in Bucharest. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in highpressure environments and excels at providing topnotch support to Germanspeaking homeowners. Youll play a pivotal role in addressing urgent inquiries resolving issues and ensuring exceptional service delivery in critical scenarios. If youre a problemsolver with outstanding communication skills we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Critical Care Support: Swiftly respond to urgent homeowner inquiries via phone email and chat. Provide precise information and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Issue Resolution: Tackle critical situations such as property emergencies guest disputes and urgent booking changes with urgency and professionalism. Work with relevant departments to find effective solutions.
  • Account Management: Assist homeowners in managing their accounts during critical situations ensuring seamless service continuity and minimizing disruptions.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of critical care interactions and actions taken ensuring all data is handled confidentially and securely.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external partners to coordinate emergency responses and resolve complex issues.
  • Knowledge Update: Stay updated on company policies services and industry trends related to critical care scenarios. Continuously enhance your knowledge to provide effective support.
  • Feedback Management: Gather feedback from homeowners to improve critical care processes and service delivery. Propose improvements based on insights gathered.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in German and a good command of English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months in customer support preferably in critical care emergency response or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills especially in critical situations.
    • ProblemSolving: Strong ability to handle highpressure situations with a calm and analytical approach.
    • Empathy: High level of empathy and understanding towards homeowners in distressing situations.
