Job Title: CRM Implementation Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are on the hunt for a CRM Implementation Specialist to spearhead the implementation process of our Pipeline Management Service. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in assessing our clients current CRM systems redesigning pipeline stages establishing playbooks and implementing automation workflows and reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate and assess clients existing CRM setups.
  • Redefine and design pipeline stages to align with efficient sales processes.
  • Create and implement playbooks for optimized CRM usage.
  • Develop and implement automation and workflows within CRMs.
  • Drive reporting automation to deliver insights efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to constantly improve the Pipeline Management Service offering.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in CRM implementation especially with HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Problemsolving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
