Financial Analyst

Job Description:

As a Financial Analyst you will play a critical role in our finance department providing insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business decisions. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data creating financial models and preparing reports to help guide our companys financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
• Analyze financial performance and variances identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
• Prepare and present financial reports including budgets forecasts and financial statements.
• Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs providing regular updates to management.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and longterm financial plans.
• Evaluate investment opportunities conduct costbenefit analyses and assess financial risks.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial data and support crossfunctional projects.
• Assist in monthend and yearend closing processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Support internal and external audits as needed.
• Continuously improve financial processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
• Proven 4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role.
• Previous experience in agriculture or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements accounting principles and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in financial analysis software (e.g. Excel SAP Oracle).
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional certification (e.g. CFA CPA) is a plus.
