Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration Lead
Job Location: Remote

Job Description:
- The Cloud Platform Integration lead is responsible for supporting the SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll modules ensuring system integrations configured within the Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) tools align with Graingers requirements. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues performing system updates and supporting in maintaining optimal system performance. The lead will also provide expertise in technical configuration of interfaces and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
Must have Required Skills:
Project Management System Configuration Troubleshooting Client Support Technical Knowledge Best Practices Documentation Employee Central Module Expertise User Training and Support Incident Management CPI Configuration Vendor File Set Up File Movement and Encryption Groovy Script Editing and Customization.
