Job Description:
Drive Top Line and Bottomline Sales for the Export market and grow Market Share & Brand Value through a Process Driven approach and Building Strong Team with an Attrition of less than 3% p.a
Description:
Ensure Budgeted Primary is achieved in the Export market with targeted profitability
Ensure Container Confirmations from Distributors for the month before the 10 of every month
Monitor Stock ageing and ensure no stock is produced and kept at W/h for more than 10 days of Production
Ensure every container is giving positive margin and achieve the budgeted profitability (GP) & Ebidta
Embrace technology and ensure orders are raised using the company developed application
Ensure Promotions and Spend are within the budgeted spend
Minimum 10 years of Export Management along with FMCG experience is mandatory.
