Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant for a fulltime role available across various locations in India. The ideal candidate will have 68 years of relevant experience in SAP PM with strong technical skills and a deep understanding of plant maintenance processes. This role involves working closely with clients to implement configure and optimize SAP PM solutions to meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Configuration: Lead and participate in SAP PM implementation projects including requirement gathering system configuration and customization.
• Business Process Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their plant maintenance processes identify requirements and map them to SAP PM functionalities.
• Customization and Enhancement: Develop and implement custom solutions and enhancements to meet specific client needs.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality and performance.
• User Training and Support: Provide training and support to endusers ensuring they are proficient in using SAP PM solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including functional specifications technical specifications and user manuals.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP PM developments and best practices and proactively suggest improvements to clients.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 68 years of handson experience with SAP PM implementation and support.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in SAP PM configuration and customization.
  • Experience with integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules (e.g. MM SD FI/CO).
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori is a plus.
  • Understanding of plant maintenance processes and best practices.
