Job Description:
Compensation and Benefits:

Requirement description :
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
- Board Eligible (within 03 years of residency) or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine REQUIRED
- OH license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
- BLS ACLS (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
- DEA (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
- At least 1 year of employment experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine REQUIRED
- Provider must be able/willing to do intubation and central lines (Note in Experience field) REQUIRED
- No license actions or recent malpractice REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice History HIGHLY PREFERRED
- 45minute or less response time while on call (note providers acceptance in Additional Submission Details field) REQUIRED
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS
- BLS
- Board Certified
- Board Eligible
- DEA
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Ohio
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : 45minute or less response time while on call At least 1 year of employment experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Provider must be able/willing to do intubation and central lines No license actions or recent malpractice
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend as part of 7 days on / 7 days off schedule
On Call Requirements : On call 24 hours during work week (every other week)
