Responsibilities:
- Develop maintain and enforce mobile device security and policy.
- Provide Tier 2 support for mobile devices (phones tablets etc.).
- Assist with analysis testing and deployment of devices applications and updates.
- Expertise in Workspace ONE UEM Google Workspace and MDM policy management.
- Configure mobile devices to comply with client policies.
- Establish efficient processes for mobile device management including provisioning and deprovisioning.
Requirements:
- Workspace ONE UEM and Google Workspace: 2 years
- Tier 2 Support: 2 years
- Experience maintaining and deploying software updates
- Managing iOS and Android devices with an MDM solution
Preferred Experience:
- Troubleshooting computer and peripheral problems

- Imaging Software for desktop deployment
- VoIP phone support and VPN client support
- Criminal justice agency experience
