Designation: Project Manager /Architect
Duration: Full time
Location: Richmond VA
About the jobOur practice in various project types including hospitality higher education cultural and religious facilities office buildings and lab projects provides our staff with a wide range of experience. Responsibilities:
Project management leading project teams delegating tasks drawing reviews and coordination consultant and client interaction and management.
Construction Documents Preparation.
Specification writing/editing.
Construction administration running progress meetings shop drawing reviews change order reviews pay application reviews site visits and punch lists.
Maintain project files and documentation.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all deliverable products and services in assigned areas of responsibility.
Maintain budget and schedule.
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed Architect.
Minimum of 10 years experience in the field of Architecture.
Ability to prepare construction documents for commercial projects.
Extensive knowledge of commercial building construction techniques and building codes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and specification writing.
Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong technical skills and willingness to follow company standards.
Professional presence dress and demeanor.
Ability to work on multiple projects to meet timely deadlines.
Experience working on hospitality and multifamily projects.
Proficiency in Revit SketchUp and Photoshop will be a plus but not required.
