Job Description
Title: Program Manager (Workmans Compensation)
Mode: 100% onsite
Location: Sunnyvale CA (local candidates preferred)
Visa: USCGC
Must Haves:
* 4yr degree (Human Resource Business Administration Health Services Nursing or Related
* 5 yrs of Program design and development
* Prior work within Medium to Large (1000 headcount) Public Company
*3 yrs SarbanesOxley (SOX)
* Strong knowledge of workers compensation procedures policies guidelines return to work policies disability management American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable federal and state laws pertaining to disabilities
