A multinational financial Services USA based company is looking for professionals to assist with backoffice operations specific to remediation process.
Remediation is the process of identifying customers affected by systemic issues detected in the banks systems and determining possible resolution. The Customer Remediation Analytics team identifies impacted customer population and determines remediation amount. The team also ensures compliance with consistent enterprise standards for the execution of customer remediation data analytics.
Individual will be responsible to gather screen capture evidence from system and creating a PDF package or modify a PDF package to house it for manual review as evidence for the remediation.
Strong and effective communication to relay updates elicit information from Team.
To qualify for the role you must have:
Graduate in any discipline.
Good Verbal & Written communication in English.
Experience of working in Banking and Financial Services especially with an MNC would be an added advantage.
Quick learner and diligent with an eye for detail.
Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
Proficient in MS office.
Should be well versed with imp Ops metrics such as Productivity and Quality.
