Asst Procurement Associate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Sourcing:

   • Identify and source products that align with the companys target market and business goals.
   • Conduct market research to understand trends pricing and competition.
   • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
   • Negotiate contracts prices and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable conditions for the company.
   • Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.

2. Supplier Management:

   • Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality reliability and costeffectiveness.
   • Perform regular supplier performance reviews and audits.
   • Resolve any issues related to supply chain disruptions product quality or delivery delays.

3. Digital Marketing Integration:

   • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to understand market demand and consumer behavior.
   • Assist in the creation of digital marketing campaigns that promote sourced products.
   • Utilize digital marketing tools and analytics to track the performance of products and campaigns.
   • Support content creation efforts for online product listings social media and other digital platforms.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

   • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed sourcing decisions.
   • Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities supplier performance and market analysis.
   • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the product mix and improve profitability.

5. CrossFunctional Collaboration:

   • Work closely with other departments including sales marketing and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
   • Participate in crossfunctional meetings to align sourcing strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in sourcing procurement or supply chain management within an ecommerce or retail environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and experience with digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ecommerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and content marketing strategies.
• Understanding of international sourcing and global supply chain dynamics.
