Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Sourcing Executive to join our ecommerce team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and sourcing with additional knowledge of digital marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and creative thinking to effectively source products and contribute to the companys marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Sourcing:
- Identify and source products that align with the companys target market and business goals.
- Conduct market research to understand trends pricing and competition.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Negotiate contracts prices and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable conditions for the company.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.

Supplier Management:
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality reliability and costeffectiveness.
- Perform regular supplier performance reviews and audits.
- Resolve any issues related to supply chain disruptions product quality or delivery delays.

Digital Marketing Integration:
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to understand market demand and consumer behavior.
- Assist in the creation of digital marketing campaigns that promote sourced products.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and analytics to track the performance of products and campaigns.
- Support content creation efforts for online product listings social media and other digital platforms.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed sourcing decisions.
- Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities supplier performance and market analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the product mix and improve profitability.

CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments including sales marketing and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in crossfunctional meetings to align sourcing strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in sourcing procurement or supply chain management within an ecommerce or retail environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and experience with digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
