Job Description:

• Minimum 5 years of handson experience maintaining supporting and resolving sharepoint Online and Power Automate issues in a Microsoft O365 environment
• Office 365 PowerShell
• Office 365 Sharepoint Online and integration with service now
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and automate
• Ability to create and maintain PowerShell programs and utility scripts using windows scheduler for automation . Coordinate and perform testing of new enhancements and functionality.
• Experience working with APIs and integrating them into automation solutions
• Familiarity with key and thumbprint management in the context of API authentication
• Facilitate process automation with ServiceNow integration. Work with IT and business groups of client by gathering business requirements and translating them into technical requirements
• Available to work in Night shift during EST & PST hours and in weekend tasks/on call as assigned.
• Troubleshooting experience in M365 applications such as Onedriveteams sharepoint.
