Job Description

Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Technofunctional with implementation experience of Core HR and Oracle Talent Management Cloud and Learning Cloud

Required Experience:

• Oracle HCM Cloud technofunctional with at least 5 years of relevant experience in HCM Cloud
• Should have worked on at least 2 implementations of Talent Management and Learning
• Experience in implementation of HCM Cloud modules i.e. Core HR Oracle Talent management cloud and Learning Cloud is must. The candidate could also have experience of Dynamic Skills implementation and support (nice to have).
• Should be aware of Talent Management & Learning Cloud configurations and proficient in their lifecycle/process
• Experience in cross geography implementation of HCM Cloud
• Hands on experience in Customizations within Fusion including HCM experience Design Studio
• Needs to have excellent communication skills and should be capable of delivering end to end solutions.
• Experience of supporting Oracle Cloud HCM application Talent and Dynamic skills modules is a must.
• Mandatory Technical Skills:
• Should have experience in data migration in oracle cloud HCM.
• Reports and Analytics knowledge on existing reports/ custom report creation methods
