Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Team management:
- Managing overall functioning of accounting and assurance subgroups within NPSG and support the
- NPSP in all activities
- Assist in settingup and reviewing of internal processes and policies for NPSG with respect to workflow & review mechanism and ensuring adherence to the standards
- Managing work allocations and monitoring the team with respect to project timelines and quality of output
- Assisting in assessment of resources preparing team budgets and monitoring utilization / spend
- Playing the role of a Supercoach effectively
