Key Responsibilities
Responsible for understanding a prospects business needs and work with the expert teams to develop a tailored proposal.
Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
Developing a complete understanding of key account needs and Resolving key client issues and complaints
Anticipating key account changes and improvements
Strategic planning to improve client results
Coordinate internally with presales software and marketing team members to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs are met.
Negotiate and close the requirement.
Coordinate client and delivery team as and when required for ontime delivery.
Planning and presenting reports on account progress goals and quarterly initiatives to share with team members stakeholders and possible use in future case studies or company training.
Proactively asserts influence over events to achieve goals. Demonstrates a readiness to generate ideas & solutions. Is selfstarting & takes action to achieve goals beyond what is required.
