Power BI Developer

Job Title: Power BI Developer (US Citizen Only)

Location: Albany NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Design develop and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to create data models.
• Connect to various data sources import data and transform data for Business Intelligence.
• Optimize performance of Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports.
• Maintain and support existing Power BI solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficient in DAX and Power Query.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with connecting to various data sources such as SQL Server Excel and cloud services.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.
• Microsoft Power BI Certification.
• Prior Federal Experience Will be a Plus.
