Job description:

Responsible for planning designing testing and implementing computer and network security infrastructure design and implementation for project including CloudNative container as a service.

Required skills

• Collaborating with implementation team to ensure completion of epic story points and work stream tasks
• Conducting Scrum team ceremonies to enhance efficiency and eliminate backlog
• Promoting scaled Agile framework (SAFe) quality practices across teams stakeholders and projects
• Administering the Scrum board to visualize and manage workflows
• Removing impediments to progress
• Holding oneonone meetings for Agile coaching

Prior Experience in delivering key metrics for complex cloud implementation

Maximize Quality

• Creates and drives quality metrics and targets.
• Upholds the organizational Issue Cap in all products.
• Drives the time taken for regression/hardening releaseoverrelease toward 0.
• Drives combined percentage of work time spent on uncontained (leaked) defects each sprint to less than 10%.
• Drives combined percentage Sprint commitments being met to greater than 90%.
• Drives combined percent increase in velocity yearoveryear by 5% per year.
• Enhanced Predictability
• Drives teams actuals to within 10% of estimates.
