As Junior Graphic Designer you will be responsible for delivering engaging customerfacing documentation and collateral that is in line with VoCoVos corporate brand guidelines to bring our products to life for our end users and showcase VoCoVo as a quality brand. Focusing mainly on printbased collateral however with consideration for digitalbased design.

Utilising your strong written skills to take lengthy written content and create easytodigest documents in the forms of infographics posters and guides leveraging many different visual assets from icons to illustrations.

Please note to apply for this position you must be based in UKand have the legal right to work in UK. This role is on a hybrid basis and requires 1 day per week working from our Cheltenham (Gloucestershire) office.

Requirements for Junior Graphic Designer

• Strong experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite; specifically Photoshop Illustrator and Indesign. Some experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro is desirable.
• Proficient ability in using Google Docs and Google Slides to create welldesigned and formatted presentations and documents that remain in line with the brand guidelines.
• Uptodate knowledge of digital social and print design practices.
• Creative and detailoriented.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Organised and deadline conscious.

Responsibilities as Junior Graphic Designer

• Design new and update legacy marketing collateral and internal documents to be in line with the current corporate brand guidelines.
• Creatively distil down technical information into easily understandable diagrams infographics and externally facing collateral i.e. customer quick start guides and user manuals
• Collaborate in producing inhouse and eventbased marketing collateral and materials.
• Create easytouse brandcompliant document templates for internal teams to use
• Work with internal teams to align on marketing request briefs and deliver outcomes by the defined deadline.
• Regularly organise and maintain an internal collateral and design asset repository.
• If potentially required; able to professionally liaise and work with external agencies to collaborate on design deliverables.
• Provide all marketing internal customers across the business with collateral documentation and assets that meet their needs whilst showcasing VoCoVo as a leading technology company.
• Work to have consistent branding across all online and offline collateral.
• Maintain an organised and wellmanaged artwork request and briefing process.
