Overview of the Position:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will take our existing design work improve it and create a cohesive brand style. This role involves enhancing current designs and collaborating with one of the cofounders on various design initiatives. As an ecommerce brand we have a continuous stream of design work including website pieces product designs packaging and marketing creatives.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Improve and create a cohesive brand style using existing design work.
• Enhance current designs in collaboration with a cofounder.
• Create designs for various ecommerce needs including website elements product designs packaging and marketing materials.
• Utilize Figma for all graphic design tasks.
• (Bonus) Occasionally edit videos for social media using CapCut.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Figma is essential.
• Experience with CapCut for light video editing is a bonus.
• 34 years of experience in a similar role contributing significantly to an ecommerce brand's graphics.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• A keen eye for visual details with strict quality control standards.
• Excellent collaborative skills with the ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiastic about joining a small rapidly growing team.
