As a CSR you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to customers through various communication channels including phone email and chat.

- Effectively communicate with both internal and external customers identifying their needs and resolving complex issues via telephone and electronic means.
- Perform a variety of transactions including teller transactions account withdrawals and balancing duties.
- Build positive rapport with diverse personalities maintaining a professional attitude.
- Navigate multiple computer applications while assisting customers.
- Understand and recommend the best products/services to meet customer needs.
- Interact with customers via phone chat sessions and email.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Demonstrate expertise in online and mobile banking technology.
- Meet call center performance metrics.
- Contribute process improvement ideas.
- Protect customer information and comply with regulations.
- High School Diploma required.
- Intermediate technology skills fluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong communication multitasking and problemsolving abilities.
- $52000 $80000 per year
