Minimum 68 years handson experience on OpenText Content Server Archive Server applications (SDLC) standards and procedures including: requirements design testing and training documentation for OpenText. Experience in supporting OpenText Content server and Archiver server Analysis and estimations for change requests. Knowledge in Content Server administration design and configuration; including search configuration and optimization and index management; managing error logs and system backups; failover strategies and implementation; etc. OScript knowledge to handle customization requests for Opentext Content Content Server is added advantage Experience in ITIL process and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Good Communication Skills..
