Were Astrid & Miyu a UK founded jewellery company on a mission to revolutionise the jewellery experience.

Our journey started back in 2012 when our founder Connie saw an opportunity to bring something different to the jewellery market. Inspired by her local jeweller back home in Seoul South Korea Connie wanted to offer a unique and innovative experience on the high street whilst creating a brand that is inclusive & empowering.

Fast forward to now we have 24 stores globally and nearly 400 employees across the UK Ireland and US we pioneer in everything we do from our product to our in store experience and now we are bringing our mission to Amsterdam!

Were looking for passionate dedicated and values driven people to join our team and be a part of the launch of our first store in the Netherlands.

THE MISSION OF THE JEWELLER

To inspire our customers by creating memorable & engaging welding experiences at our first Amsterdam store.

WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE

• Deliver a welcoming and friendly atmosphere during the welding process explaining each step to the customer.
• Expertly use the welding machine to seamlessly attach bracelets to customers wrists making it a personal and memorable experience.
• You will thrive in owning the full experience from the moment customers enter the store.
• Nurture and develop an unforgettable experience by establishing a personal connection with new and existing customers
• Strong presence on the shop floor actively sharing your expertise
• The ability to be adaptable and genuine in more sensitive/sentimental appointments
• Having exceptional product knowledge and knowledge relating to all of the services that we offer

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE FROM ME

• This role is suitable for anyone with welding or jewellery experience or have studied a jewellery course who has a true passion customer experience
