Job Description

What Youll Do:

As a CRM Administrator in the Forex industry you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing the CRM system to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer the CRM system to ensure data accuracy integrity and security.
  • Customize and configure the CRM platform to meet the specific requirements of the organization including custom fields workflows and user permissions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements within the CRM system.
  • Provide training and support to users across different departments to maximize utilization of the CRM system and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Develop and maintain reports dashboards and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for decisionmaking.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise escalating to technical support when necessary.
  • Stay informed about updates and new features of the CRM platform and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
  • Assist in the integration of thirdparty applications and tools with the CRM system to enhance functionality and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of CRM strategies and initiatives aimed at improving customer engagement retention and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 12 year as a CRM Administrator Back Office Customer Support or similar role preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively with attention to detail.
  • Business Administration Background would be an advantage.
  • Computer Literacy and Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word).
  • Fluent in English (Verbal and Written).

  • Remuneration Package:

    • Office working hours: 10:00am 7:00pm.
    • Salary range: depends on experience
