A SNIPPET OF YOUR DAY TO DAY

You set your own schedule so great flexibility to fit in around other things you may have in your life office hours are whatever you decide them to be however we do recommend a minimum of 23 hours of activity a day (min 15 hours a week)

• Attend companywide training calls for inhouse training this is both for your own benefit but also as part of you showing up as a leader
• Complete the company Daily Activities for Success checklist selfaccountability
• Be proactive in your own personal development journey by becoming intimate with the companys products remember we are looking for people who want to grow so this is a key component of creating success here
• Keep up with the marketing and advertising evolution to stay at the top of the game of lead generation
• Phone and zoom interviews will be conducted using a scripted process so its advantageous to be comfortable speaking with people either over the phone or zoom. Dont have previous experience in this space Dont worry we will coach and mentor you to ensure you are ready to take that step.
• Tap into our customised backend systems which streamline our business processes and help you run your day smoothly
• Plan and implement marketing strategies and follow through
• Keep your own KPIs and work towards them we encourage our team to think big and reach for the stars so big thinkers work well in this environment
• Be motivated to reach a global audience no territory restrictions we currently have a presence in over 130 countries so the sky is the limit
