Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for ERP & PPM Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS) applications.
Manage and resolve technical support tickets and incidents.
Develop and maintain customizations interfaces and reports using Oracle development tools.
Perform system analysis debugging and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with functional consultants to address technical issues.
Ensure data integrity and security within the EBS environment.
Assist in the deployment of patches upgrades and performance tuning.
Document and maintain technical support processes and procedures.
Requirements:
7 to 10 years of experience in Oracle EBS technical support.
Proven experience in the construction industry.
Experience with integration tools and methodologies.
Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
