Role Overview:
Seeking a diligent and experienced Compliance Officer to join the team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This parttime position offers a balanced worklife schedule requiring you to work 5 hours a day 4 days a week.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance matters.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and stay updated on industry regulations.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management.
- Investigate and address compliance issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer in the financial services sector preferably within asset management or financial advisory.
- Indepth knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
