Project Manager

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans including scope schedule budget and resource allocation in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  
• Team Leadership: Provide direction guidance and support to project teams fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment to achieve project goals effectively.
  
• Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients vendors subcontractors and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth project execution and address concerns proactively.
  
• Risk Management: Identify assess and mitigate project risks developing contingency plans as necessary to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity.
  
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with industry standards specifications and regulatory requirements for HVDC systems.
  
• Cost Control: Monitor project expenses closely identifying costsaving opportunities and implementing cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints without compromising quality or safety.
  
• Schedule Management: Track project progress against established timelines identifying critical path activities and potential delays and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on schedule.
  
• Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication channels with project teams stakeholders and senior management providing regular updates on project status issues and resolutions.
  
• Change Management: Manage changes to project scope schedule and budget effectively assessing impacts and communicating adjustments to stakeholders to ensure alignment and minimize disruptions.
  
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation including reports schedules budgets and contracts to support project tracking compliance and knowledge transfer.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in engineering Construction Management or related field.
  
• Proven experience in construction management with a focus on HVDC projects preferred.
  
• Strong technical knowledge of HVDC systems equipment and construction methodologies.
  
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  
• Certification in construction management (e.g. PMP) is a plus.
  

• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends to meet project deadlines.
